Kegelia is an iOS Kegel & pelvic floor exercise app, built around a single idea: a glowing bioluminescent jellyfish is your technique guide, not just decoration.

Why it's different:

- The jellyfish paces the rhythm. As the bell rises, you lift and squeeze; as it opens, you release. A gentle haptic fires only on the squeeze, so you feel the anatomically correct "lift up and in" - never bearing down, the most common and harmful mistake. It's easy to do kegel exercises wrong without guidance; the jellyfish is there so you don't.

- Design you actually want to open. Most pelvic floor apps are the same clinical blue-and-white timer. Kegelia is one calm, consistent underwater world - deep water and a glowing jellyfish - from onboarding to settings. It feels like a product with taste, not a medical utility.
